What we collect and why
This recruiting site collects your name, email, telephone number, city and state, area of interest, experience, preferred contact method, optional availability and skills, and an optional PDF résumé. Austin & Bednash recruitment reviewers use this information to assess your career interest and contact you about a possible match. An application does not guarantee a job or a response.
Who can access it
Applications are held in a private database and résumés in private file storage. Access to recruitment records requires staff sign-in and server-side authorization. RiverNet’s site administrator operates this temporary recruiting site. Hosting and storage providers process the information to run the service. We do not sell applicant information or use this form for marketing.
Spam protection and essential storage
We validate submissions, use a signed form token, and limit submissions by a keyed, temporary hash of your network address. We do not save the raw network address in application records. Hosting providers may process network and security logs under their own policies. Staff sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. No advertising trackers are installed.
Retention and removal
Application records become inaccessible to staff after 180 days. Permanent deletion of expired records and attachments runs in batches when application forms are opened; physical deletion may happen later if the site is inactive or a backlog exists. Authorized staff can delete a record sooner. Provider backups and infrastructure logs may have separate retention periods. Recruitment notes and résumé download audit entries are removed with the application.
Your choices
A résumé and additional skills text are optional. Required contact fields allow the team to review and respond to your interest. Do not send government IDs, Social Security numbers, medical information, bank details or other sensitive documents.
Request removal or correction
Use your application reference and the email used to apply. A matching request is flagged in the staff dashboard for review. Requests do not automatically delete records; staff may need to verify your identity before taking action. No response time is promised.
If you have lost your reference, contact Austin & Bednash through a company contact you independently trust and ask for the recruitment reviewer. Do not send additional identity documents through this form.
Employment details
Current openings, eligibility, requirements, compensation, benefits, work locations and schedules must be confirmed with the company. This site makes no claims about those terms.
